1. Always check the oil level indicator on the fuel tank, and the oil level should not be lower than the specified value.

2. When the fine oil filter is blocked by dirt, it needs to be replaced in time; when the coarse oil filter is blocked, it should be cleaned in time, once every 3 months.

3. Add oil to the fuel tank, it needs to be filtered, and impurities such as water, rust, metal chips and fibers cannot be mixed into the oil.

4. When starting the oil pump in winter or cold areas, it should start and stop, and repeat several times to make the oil temperature rise, and then start working after the hydraulic pump station operates flexibly.

5. All knobs on the hydraulic pump station shall not be moved by non-operators.

6. Always observe whether the power supply voltage has abnormal fluctuations, and repair it every 3 months or so.

2. Working principle

The working principle of the hose pipe making machine: the strip material is introduced into the welding pipe machine through the feeding machine, the strip material is extruded and formed by the roller, and then welded and rounded by the argon arc welding mixed gas shielding, and the pipe material of the required length is output.  The knife mechanism is cut off, and then straightened by the straightening machine.  Spot welding machines are used for spot welding connections between tape heads.
