No.4 Full Automatic Square Pipe Production Line

Introduction:This forming method belongs to a type of FF molding method, which can only produce square pipes and cannot produce round pipes. The mold is shared, and when producing pipes of different size, the mold does not need to be replaced, only the mold position needs to be adjusted. Its biggest feature is fully automatic specification replacement. Mold adjustment is driven by servo motors and automatically controlled by a PLC system to change specifications. When you need to change the specifications, you only need to enter the size and wall thickness you want on the IPad, and all molds will automatically start adjusting without the need for each mold to be manually adjusted separately. It also have memory function, and all plans can be saved. The next time the same specifications are produced, they only need to be retrieved and used. So it has the characteristics of saving roller costs, time, and labor. | ||
